Recap: CEO Peer-to-Peer Intervision Session

On Thursday, 28 May, CEO Peer-to-Peer intervision session at the Rotterdam Science Tower brought together founders and leaders from the MedTech and Life Sciences ecosystem for an open exchange of experiences, challenges, and practical insights.

During the intervision session, Varsha Thakoersing, Founder & CEO of IMcoMET, introduced the discussion on collaborating with Big Pharma and MedTech companies.
While sharing insights and lessons learned from her own experiences, she also invited fellow founders to contribute their perspectives, creating a conversation around the opportunities, challenges, and realities of working with larger industry partners.

Willem Mees van der Bijl, CEO of Spatium Medical, led the conversation on keeping teams aligned and motivated throughout the turbulent journey of building a startup. The interactive format encouraged them to openly share their own experiences, challenges, and best practices.

It was an inspiring session with plenty of room for peer-to-peer exchange and shared learning.
