Erasmus MC Incubator
The Erasmus MC Incubator is a lab and office facility, currently located on the 18th floor of the Rotterdam Science Tower, but in the near future located on the Erasmus MC Campus itself. Managed and supported by Erasmus MC TTO, and working closely with Rotterdam Square, the Incubator offers start-up companies the opportunity to develop in a business-friendly environment by facilitating affordable lab and office space, organize events, give access to advice, coaching, funding and a network of LSH professionals in and outside Erasmus MC.

Little C

Kadans Rotterdam Science Tower
The Rotterdam Science Tower, owned by Life Sciences property developer Kadans, is a 21-floor building located near Marconiplein. It has approximately 32,000 m² of flexible office and lab spaces and meeting facilities, with a beautiful view of the Rotterdam port and city. Through Rotterdam Science Tower, tenants will have access to the growing Kadans community, on a regional, national and international level.

CIC

Beagle Marconi is a concept for a high-quality, multi-tenant 11.600 m2 laboratory and office building for successful companies. The building is flexible and can easily be converted for laboratory and office use, equipped as desired. Construction will start in 2024.
