A sunny afternoon at our annual summer drinks event

On Thursday, July 2nd, Rotterdam Square celebrated the start of summer at the summer drinks event, a special extended edition of the Rotterdam Square Life Science Café. We welcomed the network to De Rooftop Rotterdam at Hofplein, allowing them to connect while enjoying the stunning view of the city skyline.

The afternoon kicked off with a recap of the accomplishments of the first half of 2026 and updates on the latest developments within Rotterdam Square, including a preview of our new interactive LSH map of Rotterdam. This new tool highlights the city’s vibrant ecosystem and makes it easier to discover the organisations driving innovation across the region. – !

The afternoon continued with a Rotterdam Square quiz, where participants put their knowledge of the organization to the test for a chance to win a special goodie bag. Afterwards, everyone enjoyed drinks, bites, and the opportunity to connect with fellow professionals from the Life Sciences & Health community.
