Henk-Jan Boele
Henk-Jan Boele is a Physician and Neuroscientist, Assistant Professor at Erasmus MC, Visiting Researcher at Princeton, and co-founder and CEO of BlinkLab. BlinkLab is a MedTech company founded by researchers from Erasmus MC and Princeton University, originating at Princeton. In just a few years, it has grown from a ‘wild idea’ into a publicly listed company.
The company develops digital biomarkers for autism diagnostics, using neurometric tests, long applied in neuroscience to study sensory processing and brain filtering, now adapted into smartphone-based applications that measure behaviour and facial expressions. BlinkLab is focused on healthcare applications and is currently pursuing FDA approval.
