Hanneke Molema
Hanneke Molema PhD is Principal Consultant at TNO (Healthy society | TNO) and program manager of the Coalition Lifestyle in Healthcare (www.leefstijlcoalitie.nl). She will be addressing the latest advancements in preventive healthcare. Her presentation will encompass a range of topics, from the scientific evidence base of lifestyle medicine to the practical application.

Annelies Nijhuis
Annelies Nijhuis is Strategic Policy Advisor on data for health and collaboration care-cure-prevention, working for the municipality and public health service in Rotterdam. As an example of preventive care and dataworks, the public health service Rotterdam will share about vaccination coverage. The session is about the public health service approach of this challenge, including strategies and (wishes for more) collaborations in place.

Raphael Fetz
Raphael Fetz is a Dietitian at U-Diet, an online lifestyle intervention for people with overweight and/or type 2 diabetes, developed by dietitians and researchers from Erasmus MC. He will discuss how U-Diet bridges the gap between scientific research and clinical practice, helping participants to achieve long-term weight loss and diabetes remission through sustainable behavioral change.
