On Wednesday 20 May, Health~Holland, together with Zorg voor Innoveren and Zorginnovatie.nl, is organising the next Innovation Café. This edition focuses on the theme: “From pilot to structural implementation: how do you truly make healthcare innovations work in practice?”

They warmly invite you to join, get inspired by real-world examples, and learn from practical insights into innovations that can truly make a difference in healthcare.

What does the theme mean: “From pilot to structural implementation: how do you truly make healthcare innovations work in practice?”

Many healthcare innovations begin as promising pilots, yet moving from testing to structural implementation in daily practice often proves challenging. How do you ensure that a successful pilot does not end after the trial phase, but becomes fully embedded in everyday workflows? And what role do collaboration, organisational change, and supplier involvement play in this process?

This Innovation Café will focus on how healthcare technology can be sustainably implemented and scaled.

The session will explore what is needed not only to introduce innovations, but also to embed them within healthcare organisations. They will look at practical experiences, cross-sector collaboration, and key lessons learned in the journey from pilot to widespread adoption.
