Rotterdam Square CEO Peer-to-Peer session was in full swing at the ABN AMRO Open!
On 12 February, CEOs from the Rotterdam Square network came together for a special peer-to-peer session, combined with a visit to the ABN AMRO Open at Rotterdam Ahoy.
In an inspiring setting, leaders from life sciences, MedTech, design, and the public sector exchanged insights, shared challenges, and discussed the future of Rotterdam’s MedTech cluster. The session focused on knowledge sharing, strategic insights, and strengthening connections between peers.
Ellen Smit, Director of Rotterdam Square, welcomed the group, and Hicham Shatou (CEO, LeQuest) kicked off the session with key findings from the Rotterdam Economy 2040 Think Tank advisory report, sparking discussions on the city’s MedTech cluster and its future growth.
After the peer-to-peer discussions, the group moved to the City of Rotterdam lounge for lunch, before enjoying top-level tennis matches together.
Participating CEOs represented Allerotherapeutics, Super Family, Clear2Cure, Envision, Phospho, The Organoid Company, BioCheck, Cardialysis, Spark Design, LeQuest, and Gemeente Rotterdam.
At the end of the session, the peers openly shared what they are currently looking for and exchanged experiences, knowledge, and connections to help one another move forward. ” ” said Ellen Smit.
