Interactive Rotterdam Square session on how to attract new talent

On October 12, Rotterdam Square hosted the event Attracting Talent for Start-ups at Restaurant Feel Good at Erasmus MC, all about how to build the right team to grow your starting company. We would like to thank everyone who joined and hope this interactive session inspired you how to take the next steps when trying to find new talent.

Unfortunately, Leon Commissaris from SPRING SEARCH International wasn’t able to join us. Sasja Heijman from InnovationQuarter and Paul Zantingh from Yxion stepped in instead to discuss what’s important for start-ups to take into consideration when attracting talent in a small, intimate setting. Stan van Oppen from Sensius shared interactively his experiences with talent from an industry point of view.
