Thank you Aniek!

After two and a half years, we are saying goodbye to our Marketing & Communications Manager, Aniek van Rijn. From the very start, Aniek has been part of our team to build and grow Rotterdam Square into what it is today. While we are sad to see her leave, we are also excited for her as she embarks on a new adventure abroad.

We want to thank Aniek for all she has contributed to Rotterdam Square and the Life Sciences & Health community. Her creativity and dedication have been invaluable – from maintaining and growing our LinkedIn, website and newsletters, to producing videos, interviews and press releases, and positioning Rotterdam as a leading Health&Tech hub in the Netherlands. We will proudly continue to build on this foundation.

We wish Aniek all the best in this exciting new chapter!

A personal note from Aniek:

“My time at Rotterdam Square has been very special. Starting my career here as my first role out of college, and being part of a new organization from the start, has been incredibly valuable for my personal and professional growth. I feel very fortunate to have worked with such a great team, and in such a vibrant city and community.

Coming from a background in communications, being involved in the healthcare sector was new to me. Over the past couple of years, I have learned so much and met so many inspiring people who are doing wonderful things for the world. I am proud to have contributed to this innovation ecosystem and to have shared your stories – work that deserves all the visibility it can get.

This October, I will be leaving Rotterdam Square to move to Australia with my boyfriend. A very exciting step, and a little nerve-racking too, but I am very grateful for the opportunity to go on this adventure!
