Ringing in the new year at Rotterdam Square New Year’s Reception

On Thursday, January 23, we celebrated the start of 2025! Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Rotterdam Square New Year’s Reception at Erasmus MC. We are very proud to see the network come together again and hope you got to start off the year with some valuable new connections.

At the reception, Managing Director Ellen Smit looked back on successes from 2024, including the launch of our corporate video and the landing of three exciting companies in Rotterdam. A huge thank you to Jeroen Claus from Phospho Biomedical Animation and Vinay Murtadak from InVitria, Inc. for joining the stage to share more about your companies. The third company, GameAnalyze was unfortunately unable to join us. However, we are very happy to have all of you in our ecosystem and we are excited to support your journeys here in the city. Together, we can drive real impact in healthcare. Welcome to Rotterdam!

Ellen also took this opportunity to share a brief look into 2025, including on and off campus developments we are working on, establishing LSH hubs throughout the city, and bringing back the Healthy Funding event in April. Exciting things are coming up, we look forward to everything this year has in store!
