The Health Innovation School (HIS) South Holland offers a unique opportunity to strengthen your skills, accelerate innovation and work together on future-proof healthcare.
What to expect?
The HIS encourages an innovative way of thinking and aims to help healthcare professionals develop the skills and knowledge needed to accelerate innovation in the healthcare sector. They address current problems in healthcare and anticipate future changes in society, technology and healthcare.
This year, the HIS is focusing on a challenging and inspiring course, consisting of the following main topics:
- Strategic foresighting: Learn how to work with possible future scenarios to be prepared for the healthcare of tomorrow.
- Basic principles of methodical innovation: Understand the foundations of innovation processes and put them into practice.
- Implementation: Ensure that your plans do not just remain ideas, but also actually become reality.
- Applying transition knowledge: Understand the complex changes in the healthcare landscape and how to navigate them effectively.
- Working methods and tools: Discover creative working methods, new tools and methods to accelerate innovation, gather knowledge and develop your personal leadership.
