We are excited to announce our first confirmed guest speaker is MiGuide, a Rotterdam-based company that focuses on promoting healthier lifestyles through personalized lifestyle coaching combined with smart technology. Founded in 2018, MiGuide’s initial goal was supporting people with type 2 diabetes in improving their lifestyle and reducing their dependence on medication, but they have expended their services since then. Their main program, CooL-MiGuide, is a two-year lifestyle intervention designed to help individuals with significant overweight achieve sustainable health goals in areas like nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep.
